WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATING PACKAGES
We want to help make your wedding day and the time that leads up to it as stress-free as possible! Wonderland Events will specialize packages as needed to combine rental equipment and services to fit your individual needs.
PACKAGE A: SETUP & TAKEDOWN SERVICES
If you have it all planned but need someone to do all the heavy lifting and pretty-fying, our crew can help!
Setup and takedown of tables, chairs, design elements & centerpieces.
Package includes backdrop and lighting setup if needed.
Optional service includes bussing of tables and/or serving of food.
Typical hours required: 3-5 hour setup, 2-hour takedown.
INVESTMENT: Price dependent on number of crew needed, hours required, and level of decor complexity.
PACKAGE B: EVENT DESIGNER
This package includes only the design and implementation of decor for your event.
Pricing out and designing centerpieces and all other design elements of wedding, including entry table, guest book, gift table, cake table, bride/groom picture display, food tables, drink tables, lighting, backdrops, and send-off.
Includes initial and final venue visits to envision and facilitate planning the aesthetic.
Can be combined with any of the packages.

PACKAGE C: DAY-OF COORDINATION
Let us oversee every technical facet of your wedding day, so you can skip the stress and feel the joy.
Coordinate the timeframe with the bride and groom 3-4 months ahead of time, give direction on vendors and timeline logistics.
Conduct a 1-hr rehearsal the night before/morning of wedding day.
Be the point of contact for and direct all vendors (photographer, venue, caterer, etc) on wedding day.
On wedding day, cue emcee/DJ/band and immediate family members when events are to take place.

PACKAGE D: PARTIAL PLANNING
Partial planning includes coordinating with vendors of your choice and assisting you in:
Up to 8 hours of professional consultation in-person throughout the wedding planning process. Additional consultations available by telephone, email and other digital means.
Up to 5 hours of attendance at vendor appointments of your choice.
Up to 2 hours visiting your selected venue for wedding or reception services.
Assistance in budget determination as needed.
Discussion of theme, color, and style.
Pricing out centerpieces and other design elements.
Suggestions and guidance in making final selections.
Determining a timeline for your event.
Follow up phone calls to all contracted vendors 1–2 weeks before event.
Wedding rehearsal coordination & supervision.
Up to 12 hours on-site coordination and supervision at the venue during event setup and throughout event.

PACKAGE E: FULL PLANNING & DESIGN
All of the above services listed in the partial planning package with the following additions:
Up to 15 hours of professional consultation in-person throughout the wedding planning process. Additional consultations available by telephone, email and other digital means.
Research and suggestions of professionals in each of the following categories that fit your event style and budget: venue, florist, photography, wedding cake, music, catering, rental & decor items.
Coordinating meetings between you and potential vendors.
Coordinating tours and accompanying you to visit up to three venues of your choice, as well as a second visit to your selected venue for wedding or reception services (rough estimate: 5 hours total).
Event Design: Pricing out, designing, and setting up centerpieces and all other design elements of wedding, including entry table, guest book, gift table, cake table, bride/groom picture display, food tables (food not included), drink tables, lighting, backdrops, and send-off.
